I am working on a piece that will hang and I want to light it from above and was wondering if anyone has any ideas?  I want it to be something that wouldn't be too big or too obvious.  Here is a photo of the piece which is not completely finished.

Now they sell small led lights that do not cast with a ting of greenish/gray but a soft light good for art works. No cheap, initially, very long lasting and come in very small sizes. How to hang I'm sorry, that I wouldn't know? ( I worked with someone who lit art works for the one of the Estee Lauder brothers with these lights. However, it was lit from below.)

Good luck

Thank you Elizabeth!  I will research those.  I have experimented with lighting from below and that has an interesting look, it casts shadows but is not what I have imagined.

Appreciate the input!
