Despite leaving my purse with cell phone upstairs overnight, I had a wonderful time collage making with other artists like myself. I look forward to doing it on a regular basis if that is possible.

congratulations. distance a bit too far, and low on petrol.

Take my motto or write it on the wall:

"Some may smash art, but collagists & assemblagists will steer humanity through torrid and turbulent times"

we will be announcing several multi-day workshops soon. Starting as early as June maybe. I spoke with Jonathan Talbot recently and he wants to do a collage workshop in Sept. or Oct. I think as he will be going to Utah around that time. More detail once confirmed... The collage parties will be roughly once a month which will be just a 3-4 hour time to hang out with local artists. I am also considering doing an after-school program called Art is Primary

Many congrats! Sounds awesome.  I so want to see the collection, but due to a hysterical amount of snow here in the Finger Lakes and short notice I can't make it, but I will certainly try for the next time.  Take lots of pics, please, I can't wait to see them!

would love to have gone but a little too short notice....I have wanted to attend something like this for years! please keep me posted on future "parties" or workshops, and I will be on the next plane out of frigid Winnipeg!!!

Hi Ginnie! U da bomb! You guys have been getting hammered up there for years now in the winter. Glad I am not there. I like snow OK but that was one of the main reasons for fleeing Southern Colorado - snow accumulation - although the last couple of years have been light weight for that area. I like Santa Fe because it might snow but it doesn't accumulate the same way. In Pagosa Springs once the snow falls it just stays there all winter and gets deeper and deeper till spring. then mud for a month then August then get ready for more snow. Ok, Ok it is not quite that bad but still...
