Yeah, I'd like to get it. I hope it will be more widely available at some point.  Shipping to France is a killer.

Whoa, bummer (as we used to say). I just did the shopping for this book. The shipping to France was way more than the book. Guess that shouldn't surprise me but I'll have to put this on the back burner for a while.
