Brushes, Hammers, Paste and Nails
Mixed media painting on a wooden panel: acrylic paints and sprays, different kinds of colored pencils, wax pens, chalk, some pages and photos from an encyclopedia of sciences, or from various magazines and albums, a squared metal frame, other zinc rings, etc.
It is an attempt to measure (do you see the tape measure, yes?!) the ineffable structure of the world and I paint this abstract composition with a thought about the subtle strings of the (micro)universe (those fifteen rings are gates for them) and I design a squared door to enter into a black hole - a secret passage made public by my imagination!
This artwork allows me to be the "2019 FCG Visual Art Competition Selected Artist Florence, Italy".
