Brushes, Hammers, Paste and Nails
My present moment may be considered a moment of “rebirth”. A rebirth that has to do with destiny and art…to the same extent as in my other lives, as graphic designer and art director, or as a precocious child, when born was drawing instead of speaking. The media of collage, which I discovered almost by coincidence, opens up to me this other life within the same space of time. And it gives me the opportunity to join the different pieces and fragments of these “past lives”, forming an overall entirety. While carefully cutting and gluing those small fragments of reality, I am executing a delicate work of restoration within myself. These have been 16 years of daily occupation, hidden behind the pleasure of free creation, which only presently I feel ready to share. And I hope for those observing here , just a small number of my collages work, they will be rewarded by its fruits, bringing life, poetry, inspiration and many other meanings…as was the case with me.
