i have been staring at my great grandma's treadle (used to be a wonderfully ornate walnut with a magnificent white machine, but unfortunately it was in my house when it burned) i have the pieces i could salvage and i may never use it, but couldn't bare to just junk it. your piece made me smile, thank you for sharing.
